I ordered no bananas and there were bananas on my bowl. I was in a rush for work so was unable to correct the mistake.

Well, the store was out of a lot of the products for the acai bowl. (Granola and Acai). We ordered online and got there 10 minutes later and still waited 20 more minutes. Not sure why it took so long considering they were out of half the ideas for my bowl. Tastes good though. We were the only ones in the store at one point and they were working on other orders. I would think they should take care of the ppl in the store or at least try too or ask what we're waiting for. That would be better costumer service.

It would be nice if you’re going to charge a premium for your drinks you should have Service be fast it took 15 minutes to get a 1 smoothie. Also get more blenders.

The past 2 time I visited this place they didn't fill my bowl to the top. $10 for half a bowl. What a rip-off!
Every single experience I’ve had at the Tustin Marketplace location, whether I ordered there or stopped by to pick up my online order, has been great. Everyone is always friendly and they have provided consistently great service so far. Much appreciated!
