Always friendly and timely for pick up. But I wish they would get the order right. Sometimes I order online or in person the PB&J and sometimes it comes out at as the PB bowl. But it’s too late to change it as I always have gotten home. Hit or miss!

First time here - very disappointed in the Açaí Banana Berry Bowl. Tasted like the staff forgot to add açaí, as the flavor was vaguely reminiscent of a plain snow cone. Didn’t complain because my kid was happy to eat it but would highly suggest people with more discerning palates head elsewhere. Staff was friendly enough though.

Somehow the bowl did not have the same ingredients as some of the others from other stores. Both my granddaughter and I said we would never go back to that store

I don’t think the staff pays attention. My daughter ordered a bowl here before and she has extreme allergies to nuts. They used almond milk when she asked for substitution. She took one taste and knew it had almond milk. They made a new one but she was already having stomach pains and itchiness do she didn’t eat it. She never comes here anymore because she’s afraid to get a wrong order but I came today for myself and ordered a bowl with granola on the side. It was not on the side. Clearly they don’t read the instructions.

It seems at the Tustin Marketplace location that the Protein Power bowl is made correctly around 50% of the time, the mix is not done correctly or missing the granola or wrong granola or banana is not cut up etc. Maybe further training is needed or attention to details not sure
