There is nothing special about acai bowl.

service was good, but bowl was too blended, its too watery which made the gronola wet too.

This Nekter doesn’t give you 1/2 of a banana for their açãi bowls like all the other Nekters do. They are trained to only use 1/3 of the banana. This Nekter (Tustin) also 9/10 times will use unripe bananas! Finally, this Nekter adds way too many extra blueberries (I get my banana berry açãi bowl without strawberries inside) rather than just adding a little bit more of each of the ingredients that are already present so that the flavor is the same. This is the only Nekter I have this issue with, consistently! - unripe bananas - only providing 1/3 of a banana on top - adding way too many blueberries to offset the lack of strawberries, thus altering the basic flavor of the bowl

Good experience. Bowls were great, green juice was settled but that's hard to avoid.

Ordered though mobile for speed, but my order was incorrect. Had to re-make bowls, which caused delay. Totally defeats the purpose! Not a good experience this time, and with other açaí bowl places popping up, I will reconsider my “go-to” - which was usually Nekter.

The bowls did not taste like the usual nektar. Very watery and tasteless. Also feel like they cut down the amount they usually give. Won’t order online again and might not go as often.

Always awesome never have any issues. One of my favorite places for smoothies and bowls.

I walked in to retrieve my online order and was told they just received the order and would have it out shortly. I sat there and waited for approximately 15 minutes, and they never called my name or let me know it was ready. I was getting frustrated, but tried to remain patient because the workers seemed really busy. A worker asked if I was still waiting, and proceeded to pull my drink out of the mini fridge for mobile orders. At no point in the ordering process nor my interaction with the nekter team was I under the impression that I would have to assume my smoothie would be placed in a paper bag. I assumed that was for the bowls. It was especially frustrating because I had an appointment at a nearby business that was closing soon, there was no one else in the store, and they already asked me what the name was on the order, and they still proceeded to ignore me. I ordered ahead for convenience and did not receive it.

Service is fine but the taste of my bowl was not good. It was very watery and bland and unappetizing I’ve been here 2-3 times before and honestly I don’t think I’ll be back.

I ordered my Acai bowl without banana, but the rules state I can replace banana with another fruit of my choice. I was not offered this option and I received much less fruit in my bowl as I would normally. Although the bowl was ready when I arrived at the store, I feel I got less value for my money.

The bowls and smoothies are always made great!

Bowl was VERY bland and tasted very bitter. Missing PB as well

Really upset immunity bowl has been taken off the menu.
