wasnt packaged correctly - so when i pulled it out of my car it fell and I was not able to enjoy it. need to package these bowls better.

The service is overall great 95% of the time. The times I have trouble is when I walk in and am told it will be a 25 minute wait to receive my order of 1 smoothie/bowl. I understand that there’s online orders but I feel that customers in person should be a priority.

First time in this part of LA. Wanted to get a bite but nothing really heavy. Found this location and came in as it was the nearest to me. Upon entering was attended right away. I ordered the açaí peanut butter. Priced very well under $10 A plastic tube is provided. Prepared and served quickly. The açaí sits at the bottom half topped with a hearty amount of freshly cut fruits. For my taste, I would have enjoyed more peanut butter to up its presence in the mix. The flavor of the fruits over powered the peanut butter. Still overall a satisfying meal priced right.

I loveeee acai bowls! It turned out really good. When I got there it was ready!

This feedback stems from the quality of the products, which seem to have reduced lately. When I choose to split the acai bowl, I get to bowls that are barely half filled, which is so much less than what you would have gotten about 1-2 months ago. Will reconsider getting acai bowl from Nekter.

I ordered a superfood bowl with no granola, and paid for coconut flakes instead. I used the mobile app. When I picked up the bowl, I noticed coconut flakes were absent. I waited in line for the cashier to finish helping the couple in front of me, and let her know the mistake. She quickly rectified the situation by giving me coconut flakes to top my bowl. Mistakes happen, I get it! But since you asked, that happened.

Ordered online. It was ready when I hit there. Employee helped me figure out which bowl was which (same bowl but one w a boost). Only suggestion is to write which bowl was which, other than that… delicious!
