Confused about option provided on app when I ordered. I chose to not have oatmeal but to have pineapples on top (this is not an item that usually has pineapple). The bowl I got didn't have pineapples.
If the option is not applicable to the item, I would recommend not having it listed on the app as an option.
Otherwise item was delicious and service was prompt and good. Thank you!

Please label the bowl if they look the same. We could not tell which was the peanut butter or the almond butter bowl from looking at them. So we randomly had to choose between the two.

Unfortunately I threw half of it away. The strawberries were over ripe, and the açaí was too watered down with cashew milk to enjoy.

Our servers were very pleasant and efficient. We ordered 4 different bowls and they were all delicious!

Ordered two Bowls. First was missing protein boost which I paid extra for. Other was missing extra fees berries which I paid extra for. It was the watermelon sorbet and had chunks of inedible watermelon rinds.

This store was fantastic! The staff was amazing and went over and beyond. They were pleasant and efficient. I’ve been to a few other of your stores and have had horrible experiences especially the one in orange and Irvine. I understand there are some bad days but those two stores are always bad. It’s unfortunate but I do not ever go to the Irvine one anymore and it is the one that is closest to me now. So I miss out on getting my fave bowls at lunchtime. The staff there seem very unhappy. They may be understaffed and/or overworked, I don’t know. Although your Newport and Tustin locations have been fantastic!! Every time I visit. Thank you.

I was actually going to write to customer service regarding this visit because my smoothie was not good at all. This is the second time I ordered Popeyes açai and it was not flavorful at all. Normally you can taste the sweetness in the fruit and with the agave and this one almost tasted better like the fruit wasn’t fresh.
