The bowl was runny and barely had any fruit or granola and it was chopped too large to bite into.

Thank you for reaching out and requesting feedback. I love Nektar juice but the service is hit and miss. Thankfully more "hit" in recent months. I had stopped going for awhile because the service and juice was consistently lacking. Regarding my Saturday experience, the order was promptly ready when I arrived. However, when I got home the Acai Bowl that I paid extra to have "split" was seriously lacking. Neither of the bowls were even 1/2 full. I felt a little jipped. But everything tasted great. My other issue was I tried to order a "Juice Cleanse" on my app but it wouldn't be ready til Monday, so I skipped it. When I got to the store, they had plenty pre-made and I was able to buy 2. However, I missed out on the points and didn't get the free "Slender Blender". This was my 1st "Juice Cleanse" purchase and they have all tasted great and I will definetly do that again. The morale at the Tustin Marketplace always feels a little underwhelming but I only go there on a weekend as a backup because sometimes the Orange store randomly closes down. Thank you for listening! I ordered the protein power bowl. I have had it many many times, as it’s my favorite. This time, it was not that good. It was watered down and the amount of fruit and peanut butter on it was so small!

Asked for bag and you would have thought you were asking for her paycheck. Bowls are nothing like they used to be before the franchise and when business first started. They are less than half filled with smoothie mix even though bowl container have gotten smaller over the years.

Mobile order pickup. Never greeted in store and was able to walk in and out with my order. Both orders did not follow instructions of the order and either gave wrong toppings or didn’t include toppings in smoothie bowls

I love your smoothies but today we ordered bowls and found the acai to not be very flavorful and watery. I asked for no strawberries but then my bowl was lacking fruit. I assumed mistakenly they would replace the strawberries with more blueberries and bananas. I get much better bowls at other places for less money. Maybe stick to smoothies

I place a mobile app order. My order was ready when I got there. I really like the self serve mini fridge where I was able to grab my bowl and go. No waiting for an employee to help me. I love this mini fridge idea! All Nekter stores should have this. The Woodbury location is terrible and I’ve waited over 10 min just to get my mobile order. Woodbury needs a self serve fridge! Tustin has it together!

Always a good experience because the staff is always helpful and friendly! That is why we keep coming back 2x/week even though other acai bowl places are closer.

Container was sticky and covered in residue from the bowl, employees were not available to give a bag

Bowls were sloppy. The pineapple was large vs bite size. Strawberries were chunks, not flared on the bowl or cut to bowl specifics. Very little to no agave

Ordered for curbside and a part of my bowl was missing. I was late to work due to having to wait another 8 minutes to receive my bowl. Very frustrating.

They have such a great product (my go to is the açaí banana berry bowl) but the consistency with which it is made is remarkable. Takes a concerted effort on all fronts to pull this off. Staff to a person is always welcoming and genuinely friendly to me; I appreciate that so much. And the online ordering is simple, fast and convenient. Cheers to the Nekter Tustin crew!!
