I ordered The protein bowl through the app... and I requested with hemp protein. When I went to pick up the bowl, I asked to confirm if it was made with hemp and of whey, and they said that they made it with whey, so they had to remake it. They need some improvement on following the order receipt and paying closer attention other than that I can tell everyone was trying their best.

I submitted my order on the app the night before as usually the morning pick up times aren’t available when I order morning of and when I called my order wasn’t received, but Gabby helped me and was quick and efficient. One other thing I noticed about this location is they don’t always have every pre-made item in the fridge on the the side. Even in the morning after being open barely an hour they will rarely have chia pudding ready. Which I don’t understand since it’s an item on their pre-prepared shelf and a layer you can order for your acaí bowl. Other than that when the items are actually all there then I have no other complaints and I’m helped right away.

Overall it was really good. I just wish you guys used real pineapple on the mango bowl. The canned/bottle pineapple felt completely out of place with the other fresh stuff.

I came twice to this place and they never have acai for a acai bowl, I give 1 because theres no 0
I placed my order online, and did not get my bowl until 40 minutes after I had placed it. When I got there I let them know I was there and she told me they were working on it, but then I didn’t get my bowl until much later. With so few people in the store I was surprised they did not confirm with me about my order since I was there for 30 minutes.

I placed an online order at the Tustin location and called shortly after placing it to change the time since I had a scheduling change. The girl who answered the phone said, “just pick it up whenever.” To which I just said ok because I didn’t want to argue but I wasn’t going to able to pick it up for several hours and didn’t want it to get soggy. Was completely turned off from this location and didn’t even pick up my bowl. Wont be returning to this location.

Ordered two of the same bowls. They used too much cashew milk as both bowls were soupy. I knew this would happen. Next time I’ll just order two different styles. Both bowls were like drinking a smoothie.

I worked at a place like this when I was a teenager. It doesn’t take as long as this place takes to make drinks and bowls.
The menu is great and they make the drinks well. Just pick up the speed.

Overall it was fine, however, I mobile ordered an açaí bowl and toxin flush. By the time I got there only my toxin flush was ready. The toxin flush was alright as well because they didn’t have ginger. I thought it was interesting that they called my friend to tell her they ran out of ginger but they didn’t call me, they just had it made. Both the bowl and juice were great, but, speed and service was eh.
