Customer service was great. Ordered through the app. App said it would be ready by 737pm, i arrived a couple minutes early. They were still working on it. I received my pb bowl, from just looking at the top of it, it looked fine. Got to my car opened it, and stuck the spoon in, and it was like soup. After moving some of the banana off to check the bottom of the bowl, the fruit started to sink in. I drank it with a straw and just ate the fruit and granola when i got home.

I love Nekter, it's a bit expensive so I can't have it as frequently as I would like. I order online due to my schedule I need to be able to just run in and pick it up. There have been a couple of times when I have arrived to find that they did not make my bowl because they were out of an ingredient and needed to know what I wanted in place. Since I had to get my daughter to school I couldn't wait and had to then drive all the way back before going to work which is really frustrating. I would like to recommend that you have a mechanism in place when something like this occurs to text us asking for substitute.

the speed wasnt great because i had to wait for the protein to come off the delivery truck but the service was more than great! I appreciated how the employee helped and genuinely tried to get my order together though they were blocked by the delivery. also, the bowl was delicious!

Mobile order Popeyes Acai smoothie and the flavor was dull tasted more like blended ice. So I kindly asked for it to be remade. Employee was nice and courteous about it

They forgot my order and I waited 30 mins for a acai bowl. I even tipped...smh

Great. Came in for a bowl. The bowl was changed to a bigger size which was great. I go to the one in Irvine Woodbury and they still give out bowls in the small old bowls.

I placed my order through the app for pickup. When I got there, they hadn’t even started it. They were really busy and the employees were moving at a snail’s pace. I heard them tell other customers they were out of certain ingredients and then my açaí bowls were put into 24 oz cups because they ran out of bowls. And it took forever. The employee were nice and courteous but this was not the experience I am used to.

Here is a long summary of a few experiences! :) One of the employees didn't give me the 50 cent discount when I used my nekter tumbler. The other employee noticed and called me back up and reimbursed me for the 50 cents. I thought that was a very nice experience that she recognized the error and fixed it!! She seemed really on top of things at the store! I enjoy using the ap and think it has been super easy to use. I received a free small bottle shot and was super easy to show the ap and get that. I also love how easy it is to scan my receipt to receive the point to work toward a free menu item. The ap also prompted me to try the new ice cream since it was a deal of half off a scoop or something like that. One item to note is if the acai recipe changed since about 2 years ago. It seems more watery/Icey than I remember? Overall positive experience with nekter. I attended the USC alumni event where Alexis spoke. Loved it and love Nekter even more because of it!

I’m kinda disappointed I ordered from my app an açaí bowel and once I got there I asked how I can get my free immune shot she said oh u need to buy two things, I asked can I buy a shot now and get the free one, another girl that was rude goes no you can’t, plus you need to make two purchases at the store and not use your app, and when I got to work I got another email regarding the promo and no where it has it print that only in store purchases. She lost an extra sale and was rude on top of it and only puts three blueberries on my bowel!!!!

Acai peanut butter bowl is delicious!

Today Wednesday September 19 I went to nectar and I order 2 acai cups for the first has no flavor and was all watery I'm very disappointed

I paid extra for peanut butter in my açaí bowl but there is no peanut butter in it. I didn’t realize this until I was gone because I did a pick up order so there was no way for me to go back.

Love their bowls. So glad they are open later than they were at first :) 8/27-stopped in 2 weeks ago [like beginning of Aug] and the Acai bowl I love was not up to par... very soupy...with barely any bananas on top. When I told the employee... she blamed it on the bananas not being frozen enough. I told her my Nekter cooler bag had a bad sewing job and was falling apart. She said call corporate. Not happy.
