To go order. No PB in my PB bowl. Otherwise good and ready upon arrival.

I paid to split as I have done previously. Requested pineapple. None in bowl. It seemed like there was less açaí than other purchases. Seemed skimpy.

The toppings of my smoothie bowl were all mixed together instead of in sections like they always are. I was also missing the goji berries which was a disappointment. I could just tell that my bowl was made super rushed and not much care was used in making it.

Our order was messed up - we ordered 3 acai bowls with the 3rd one being split. We got the split, but not the 3rd bowl. We also got a PB acai bowl and it didn't have PB. We're not high maintenance people, but they essentially got the entire online order wrong.

As always, the bowl I get tastes amazing, but today i was a little disappointed by the fruit on top:/ Usually i get a few large chunks of pinneapple on top and a good amount of strawberry and banana. Today I got a few tiny pieces of pinneapple and one small sliced strawberry:(

Normally is real good, last time it was disappointing the girls who gave us our order literally ignored us for about 5 min until the girl on the cashier ask us from across the room if we were waiting for an online order, they normally very friendly and greet you at soon as u walk in the room, she keep walking in front of us with out even trying, the bowls were like a 1/4 short on food that is rear because it never happened before so I thought it was new people working:(, we love this location and will go back

It's extremely hot and Nekter was extremely busy, so I completely understand that my order took a little longer than usual. However, my acai bowl tastes differently each time, and that is what kind of takes a star off for me. But the drinks are 9/10 always consistent.

I strongly dislike going to the location at the marketplace. The staff is rude, slow because they’re always hung up on having conversations pertaining to their social life. They will make you wait in line for 20 min only to inform you once you are at the register to order that their bowls take 45 min to make — what?! Hire new staff that appreciates what they do because the current staff is a poor representation of your brand. On every occasion I have visited this branch it’s the same issue. 4 people behind the counter & line was relatively short. I waited at pick up corner a few new before someone acknowledged & I asked about my online order. Girls said it wasn’t ready even though it was almost 20 minutes after requested pick up time. Another 5 min passed before another girl asked if I had been helped. I explained that I was waiting & she checked. It had been in the refrigerator, so the first girl was wrong & I was waiting unnecessarily. When I got home, I noticed my order was incorrect. One of the PB bowls was missing the cacao nibs & the other PB bowl seemed to be missing the blueberries requested. I plan on returning to the store today or tomorrow & requesting the bowls be made correctly since they were made differently than how they were specified in the online order.
