My order was ready when I arrived. However, when I reached home I noticed there was granola on my acai bowl. I put it iny order notes to omit the granola. Hopefully next time who makes my acai bowl pays attention to small details. Otherwise, I love Nekter.

Great place for fresh juice and acai bowls

I get peanut butter bowls all the time. This one wasn’t good. There were chunks of chewy things which I couldn’t identify throughout the entire bowl. There were a couple of hard purple things which hurt my tooth when I bit into them. I also could not identify what these were as well. I threw away my bowl before I finished it.

I order my items via online to pick up in the store and sometimes they don’t greet me and I have to stand there to flag them down for attention to let them know I’m there to pick up. Last time they forgot to make my greenie and made me sit and wait for my açaí bowl to be done when I ordered online. When it was done they didn’t even call my name and left me sitting there for 20 extra minutes on top of the 30 it took to make the bowl.

I recommend keeping better track of your supply inventory. I ordered an Acai bowl and then looked for the spoons at the order pick up counter. I didn’t see any and the employee working tells me they are out of spoons. I ordered a bowl so I ask him how I’m suppose to eat it and he replied with “I don’t know”.

Popeye's Acai ... tastes as bad as it looks! 🤢 Ended up throwing it away after only 4 sips! Tasted like spinach and water, no flavor at all. Where was the acai, blueberry, or banana?? $11 down the drain!! I'll stick to Jamba Juice instead.

My bowl was not as good as before. The mixture had been sitting out too long and was runny. Still tasty but not as good when it’s more frozen.

Ordered online, and the order was not started on when I arrived for the second time. They also ran out of fresh bananas for my acai bowl...

Really liked the Acai bowls and juices!!

I always get an açaí bowl, but depending on who makes it, I get too much fruits (which is cool) or I don’t get enough (not so cool). It always taste really good though & everyone’s very friendly.

Best service I have ever received at ANY Nekter. I messed up on the app order and failed to complete it correctly. Before I could correct MY mistake, the barista was quick to jump into action and complete my bowl within two minutes. AMAZING! Did I mention the store was hopping and MY mistake was a disruption to the flow but never once did she make me feel like she was annoyed or that I was an inconvenience. Oh ya, the Acai bowl hit the spot.

It takes too long for you guys to make the bowls. Several people with online orders were waiting. Precut the strawberries and bananas, not for each order

I was not acknowledged even with three staff members working. The two bowls I ordered were not wiped down thus felt very sticky and looked dirty. Although I would return as a customer for your products, but I would not return to this particular store.

When I arrived, my order was ready and my bowl was exactly what I had ordered. You be surprised to see how many times other Nekter bars have messed up my order.

Staff is Extemely friendly however even when placing an order online the service was extremely slow. I also ordered a juice with specific customizations ( which would be helpful if special instructions or substitutes were allowed on the app ) My juice took over 20 minutes to receive and my açaí bowl took nearly 45 minutes
