Well, the store was out of a lot of the products for the acai bowl. (Granola and Acai). We ordered online and got there 10 minutes later and still waited 20 more minutes. Not sure why it took so long considering they were out of half the ideas for my bowl. Tastes good though. We were the only ones in the store at one point and they were working on other orders. I would think they should take care of the ppl in the store or at least try too or ask what we're waiting for. That would be better costumer service.

The past 2 time I visited this place they didn't fill my bowl to the top. $10 for half a bowl. What a rip-off!

My protein bowl was melting and the toppings were less than a teaspoon serving each . For $10 I was disappointed in the serving size but the fruit was fresh and was delicious.

Good service, however the bowls are usually much bigger elsewhere, and at this Nekter in the past. Felt a little cheated.

It took an abnormally long time to get our bowls and we visit this location all the time. In addition, the amounts in the bowls were less than normal. We were in a rush so I didn’t dispute it. Not happy with our trip there.

Unfortunately, second time forgetting to put blueberries in my acai peanut butter bowl. My friend picked up my bowl and didn't check, but when I got it, there were green apples.

I am a rewards member of Nekter and I love the products. Being a vegan, there are many options for me. However, the quality of the product, speed of service, and customer service is poor now. It doesn't matter if I pre-order online or order in the store, I end up waiting minimum twenty minutes. There used to be a lot of fruit on top of the acai bowls and now there are 3-4 blueberries, strawberries, and bananas. Not only has the quality decreased, but the price increased. The stores are not clean, they are out of spoons or napkins most of the time. I have been to the following stores multiple times: Tustin Marketplace, Ladera Ranch, Yorba Linda (Anaheim Hills), Lake Forest as I work in Yorba Linda, live in Portola Hills, and do soccer in Ladera Ranch. I used to go 3-4 days a week but now it's once or twice a month due to lack of quality, price, and customer service. The Tustin Ranch store I will avoid from now on.

We love Nektar, but this trip was our worst experience in that both our smoothies did not taste good at all. They were very icey and the Popeye's Acai literally had not flavor. Unfortunately we did not try them till we were in the car and couldn't go back to complain. It was very disappointing.

Every Friday I treat myself for the Banana Berry açaí bowl. The past two fridays the app wasn’t letting me order so I had to call it in. When I went in one of the young ladies working there told me she has been trying to work on the issue. I appreciated that because she wanted to make sure we can order especially because I get embarrassed to bother them by calling and ordering, but they have always been so nice to me. Thanks for your amazing service!

I ordered on line. Took almost an hour to deliver my bowl.

ordered two banana berry bowls, my favorite, waited.... took my order outside to enjoy and noticed no strawberries:( went back inside and was told they were out of strawberries:( at 1:42 pm on Monday???.... this would have been better disclosed when ordering (Moses). There was a Sprouts right around the corner with lots of fresh strawberries ... for purchase:) worth the short walk!!

I am normally a Nekter fanatic but today I received the smallest Açaí Banana Berry Bowl portion ever. I use this as a meal and am still hungry . I feel like the price of the food is already above average and difficult to justify but normally the adequate portion and nutritional value outweighs the cost . In this case I feel like I am not getting my money’s worth and will probably not return, especially to Tustin location.

Best customer service from a smoothie place I've had. Great açaí bowls too. Always quick and right next to subway.

Usually have no problem with the pb bowl. Unfortunately had 4 peices of rock hard seeds in my bowl that easily could have chipped my tooth had I not caught them. I’ve never had that in it before

Love Nektar Juice Bar in Tustin Market place. Everyone there is on point! The place is clean and the the drinks/bowls are amazing. During my last visit my amazon bowl blend was a little grey and less flavorful than usual but maybe it was the pea protein I added? I will have to ask the next time I visit.
