I always order ahead because service is slow to just walk in. Usually it is ready when I arrive but sometimes I still have to wait.

I'm always shorted on my 24 oz juice ,so now I buy 16 oz which seems fine

The employee didn’t understand my daughter’s order of two scoops and charged us for 2 orders verses an additional scoop for $1 then we tried to correct it she stood there with confusion and said I don’t know what do??? I asked her if she gave me the drink I ordered because it tasted different than before and there were no chia seeds. She said yes the chia is in the middle.....nope so chia seeds and still tasted completely different than what I ordered

They seemed to be busy with orders so I didn’t get acknowledged for a while. I was picking up an online order and stood there for quite a bit of time. Not greeted but eventually someone walked up and I told them about my online order which at first she couldn’t find. I love everything I have ordered and I hope your company will really switch to paper straws. Nekter seems to be a natural approach so it would be an obvious step in the right direction for our planet.

Ordered on the app. Picked up the order and came home only to realize that the lemonade wasn’t packed. I was charged for it so I had to go al the way back. Your location in Brea always has amazing service. Sadly this location in Huntington Beach is always lacking in quality of service every time I visit.
