Lindsay is very polite professional considerate and observant. After we ordered our bowls with gluten free granola, she noticed they came out with the regular non gluten free granola. She quickly fixed the issue without question and remade the bowls safely with absolutely no gluten or traces. She knows the seriousness of celiac & gluten free ordered for allergens and I’m so grateful she had an eye on our order and was so smart to notice & quickly remedy our order so it’s perfect. That was absolutely the worst açai bowl I have ever received. I have purchased countless açai balls from Nekter, but this one was like water. There was absolutely no substance in it, and the fruit was drowning in the middle.
