Perfect. I love the Açaí bowl!!

We come here often and today was the first time ever that our order did not take longer than expected to be made, a very nice surprise! The only issue with the order was that the bowls were not labeled. Our order was very similar with only protein changes, which couldn’t be seen visually. It would help to have labels on the bowls with the specs so we know which one is which. Otherwise, much improved from our previous experiences!

The food is always great, but the service has been consistently slow. My husband eats across the street and is always done before I even get my açaí bowl even though we order at the same time. The boys working there seem to be working as quickly as they can, but still can’t get orders out fast.

I tried this location 2 days in a row because I love Nekter. I noticed liquids are not measured, and my 3 açaí bowls were completely watery. I called the location and explained the problem, they were able to attempt to make a 2nd set, watery again. The açaí bowl base poured out from the blender nothing like to texture of a soft ice cream base, watery. I did explain that recipes are meant for a reason, to measure the liquids. Today I went and ordered 2 smoothies, "liquids not measured again" watery. Someone please train these girls on basics, it's sad that this location gives Nekter brand a bad wrap.

Great friendly staff. The bowls and smoothies are delicious and healthy. I always get my orders on time and correct.

I tried calling 3 times to cancel my order. It's probably a great bowl but I didn't realize it was pickup and I'm not near the location.

My bowl was already liquid by the time I got it. I ordered and came straight over within less than 7 mins and it was already soup.

I love your product and always get the Power Protein bowl. I was a little disappointed today, tho, as there was no banana on top. It really needs the banana! I’m intrigued by the PB Mocha Smoothie. I might have to go outside of my comfort zone and try that out.

I ordered a dragon fruit açaí bowl over the app and when I arrived 5 minutes later. The bowl was already made but it was melting and gooey already. It was like a açaí juice bowl at this point. I know i didn’t take long because I have a timed lunch and I can’t be late to clock back in to work. I manage my time wisely to get food and be back at work to eat and clock back in. This specific juice bar is pretty good majority of the time but the couple of times it has made me bad juice or bowl it’s REALLY REALLY BAD. I know it not fair to criticize this establishment based on some employees lack of effort. I really don’t like doing company surveys but you guys always email me after every purchase all the time so I am assuming you guys want the feedback.

Timely, tasted great, presentation of the açaí bowl was beautiful.

I come here often for lunch and the employee that handled my online order is awesome. She made me the best açaí bowl I have ever seen and ate. I didn’t get her name but nonetheless I could tell she does her job with pride.

There was only one person working there, which doesn't seem like enough (and might also be exploitative?). My bowl was only half full. The food wasn't ready when I got there even though I got there ahead. This is not the woman who was working there's fault, so please do not hold this against her.

Smoothie and bowl were good. However my turmeric shot was not included in my order and I was charged for it.

Acai Banana Berry bowl was missing strawberries and blueberries. Not sure there was even any mango as requested. Bowl was still good but not made as requested.
