The second time I’ve ordered online and my order was missing items in both of my bowls. I payed for the extra also, but didn’t get it. 2nd or 3rd time, this has happened. Very frustrating.

Our bowls were fantastic, but the two girls appeared to be swamped.

Hi there. I ordered 3 bowls and a ginger shot. My parents picked up our order for me because I am at home with Covid. They got all the way home and realized we did not receive our ginger shot. Although our bowls are beautiful and delicious as always, I was reeeeally looking forward to that ginger shot :( Still love you guys, but this is not the first time this has happened, unfortunately. Kind of a bummer :(.

I know it was the end of the evening and close to closing. I’ve ordered here before a couple times and this time the bowl was only half full. Looked like it was full at one point then taken out the way it looked inside.

Pretty good experience overall. However I’ve noticed that Nektar bowls are never filled to the top with abundant quantities of toppings compared to the local competitors such as: Banzai Bowls TruBowl Oakberry Açaí Please don’t skimp on the toppings!

I feel that you açaí bowls are too runny

Yummy! I just didnt remember the chia pudding, was going to ask if the protein bowl ingredients changed or if i accidentally added chia without realizing it.

I love Nekter,I just wish you opened earlier Monday through Friday, so I could grab my favorite drink or bowl before work

Most of the time it’s great. Today it was very frustrating. When you place an order online, there’s no way to ask for NO drizzle on top. I have to call after I place my order on line to request no sweet drizzle on top of my super açaí bowl. Each time they have to throw away the toppings to remove the drizzle. Today they must have had some oversights but in general and most of the time the service is great!! I only order on line when I don’t have time to make lunch, having to wait to remake it is taxing. Thanks

Left bowls on counter instead of keeping it cold

I ordered online basic acai berry bowl no add ons and they forgot the granola. Didn't realize until I got home.

I had placed an mobile order for pickup, I had customized it to my tastes. I picked up my bowl, but didn't make sure that the bowl was correct and by the time I got home I realized several ingredients were missing. So I paid an extra $3 dollars for items I didn't receive and there isn't a way to contact customer service to get a refund or a voucher for those $3 dollars. So I am disappointed in that aspect, I would love to keep using the mobile app to order my bowls but if ingredients are going to be missing when I'm paying for them, it makes me not want to use it and therefore, not buy anything.

It was great! I felt like I went at the perfect time. I just went and told them my name for my order and they got it to me so quickly. I love the bowls and drinks here. Definitely will be returning again!! :)

Fruits are fresh and taste good but açaí had not that much flavor and price wasn’t bad.
