Great bowls and drinks but expensive

It was great! The staff is so friendaly and works quickly to make my açaí order. It’s also a very clean shop and easy to access.

Well most of the time it's good, just sometimes I've requested granola on the side and they just add it to the bowl, and by the time you realize it's not done, it's too late because you are home. Other times, a nice greeting and smile would be nice.

Online ordering is easy to do and pickup is easy as well but I don't think I got almond butter in my acai bowl that I paid extra for

We love the quality product. My daughter orders from the app when ever she wants so I don't have to worry if she has money to pay. She loves a bowl for lunch.

I ordered granola on the side and it was not provided to me at all. Sadly, my bowl just wasn't the same without your delicious granola. It was a disappointment. Dina Rochford

My order wasn’t printed on my bowl so I don’t think my additional boost were in there. I think I was given a pre made bowl. Even though I was charged for it

The 3 girls were very busy with orders. I was under the impression that when I order with the mobile app, I am to go to the pickup counter, so I did. The 3 girls made 5 orders & gave to the customers present in the store before acknowledging me, around 13 minutes. Mine was already made and in the refrigerator. On a previous visit, this (Sea Cliff) was the only store out of the last 3 that actually added extra coconut on top of the Mango Coconut Bowl. The 3 stores were Costa Mesa, Bella Terra and Sea Cliff. I love your product and will continue to order from you.

Very fast, efficient service (pick up). The staff was friendly even though I’m not young (:)) Acai protein bowl - tasty but the peanut butter seems low quality, maybe it’s just more “natural”. Anyway my visit was very good.

Well I was disappointed about the requirement to add a booster for the online order. The booster changed the taste of the Acai bowl and I did not enjoy it.

EVERYTIME I order via the app, my order is wrong. Everytime. It's very frustrating. All I wanted was the acai berry bowl I ordered. But no instead I get 2 I didn't order? Its everytime too.

I was given the wrong bowl, they gave me somebody else’s. the bowl i ordered was more expensive than the one i was given. they offered to make a new one but i was already home. a refund would have been appreciated because i could not eat it because it had whey protein in it.

Facility-wise, this is one of the best nektar I’ve been to in OC. They have plenty of seatings and tables inside that I can sit down and work or just relax. This location is in the middle of many restaurants so there is a huge parking lot that I found a space right in front of the shop. Shout out!! The lady server was very nice and caring. She offered to freeze the bowls for me until I leave (after I was sitting in the shop for a while).

Very quick and friendly service. Bowl was nice and cold when I got it and it appeared very delicious!
