The juice was bad, either the machine was not clean or the combo was wrong but it had a burn taste. I had to throw away 2 juices :( . The acai bowls was good.

My bowls are made to perfection, and I am always greeted by my first name.
I order on the app, and my bowl is always ready on time. This HB location is amazing, in-line the Long Beach location. The Ling Beach location is so bad, I will never go there again.

Great acai bowls, always freshly made. Would be 5 starts if they would be more reasonably priced. 10.00 for a bowl is a bit steep.

Usually always a great experience but I wanted to use this form to let you know that you need to fix a problem. I ordered via the app but when my daughter arrived to pick up her bowl she was told the blender was broken but they couldn't process a refund since she didn't have the card with her. If you are going to provide the means to order via the app then you need to have a means to refund someone if you can't fulfill the order. It shouldn't be on me to reach out to you to get this resolved. thx.

I love the fresh ingredients you use in your drinks, but I absolutely hate the sugary content in the peanut butter you use. Please stay consistent with your health-conscious values and switch to an all natural brand of peanut butter that doesn't have added sugar in it. I think this would make the peanut butter bowl taste absolutely amazing! It already has enough natural sugar from the fruit content. Thank you!
