The quality was great, but the wait time was a little too long. Knowing that açaí bowls take longer to prepare, I ordered ahead with the mobile app for pick up. When I got there about 8-10 minutes later, my order hadn’t been started yet.

when using the app- sometimes depending on the item does not give you the option to remove an ingredient. for example i wanted to order the new dragon bowl and it will not give me the option to not have pineapple inside etc... i am allergic to pineapple.

Our bowls were very running and the staff was haviing a personal conversation as I was picking up my order. They were really nice , however, the personal conversation should have been put on hold. I was being helped as they were gabbing and making comments to each other

So, typically it’s amazing and even that day was great outside of being in a hurry. We ordered online for the first time and were excited to do a quick hit and run and get to our next meeting and when I got to the store, the juice was done and on the fridge which was awesome. The bowl we ordered was not even started and it was as if they didn’t know it was ordered and realized it when I arrived. So in essence I saved no time and had to wait for the whole production of the bowl which is about 10 min on average. So we were disappointed this go around.

Nekter was recommended by a fried, now we are regulars. I brought home the protein bowl for my wife, now she likes them as well.

I ordered online a bowl and some grab and go's. They forgot the grab and go's, so I sent my daughter back in and instead of getting them for me, they such, just grab what you need. So, I went back in a third time because she accidentally grabbed the wrong ones.

Finally! I got a full bowl. I finally feel like I got what I paid for. Thank you!

I ordered online ahead and came at the time it said my bowl would be ready. I don't know if I should have said something when I arrived but they were kind of busy and I wasn't asked if I was waiting on an order until everyone else was served. Even those that arrived after I did. I love this place and this one situation won't change my choice of store for Acai bowls but I guess I'd like to know if I should interrupt them to see if my order is ready. Since I went straight over to the pick up side of the counter it seemed obvious I was there for an order that was already made in some fashion. When I said I was here for an online order they went straight to a refrigerator and my order was waiting for me. I probably waited 10 minutes when I shouldn't have at all.

How many times can I tell you that you’re my fave store?! 😉 I have another Nekter by my office (Seacliff is by my house) that I used to frequent. But, sadly, they are a “testing” location and don’t offer the seasonal specials, nor the regular bowls. They have a bowl bar. Horrible. Nothings mixed in to the açaí base. Just piled on top. The poor employees have to strain to hear you through a glass partition, and over the sound of the blenders. Please don’t go that route 😉 Anyway, keep up the good work. Store is always clean and tidy. Food is always top notch. Well done, Seacliff Nekter!

Visit location many times and always a good experiences my bowl I got was good as always but my smoothie I got did not taste how it usually taste

My bowl wasn’t as good as in the past. The açaí seemed more watered down, couldn’t taste the peanut butter.

Great. The worker that gave me my bowl did take a good minute to ask me if I had a mobile order and said my name wrong but other than that great service and delicious bowl.
