I had an açaí bowl and it wasn’t very good. It wasn’t bland and not filling. I usually go to earth bar so maybe I’m thinking of their bowl, but I wasn’t very pleased.

His is my favorite Nekter. The best employees! So friendly and accurate. Also I’m thankful this location hasn’t changed to the new “salad bar” type design for the bowls. The Irvine Square location has switched over to this new way of making the bowls and they are horrible. Please don’t change!

Ordering online and just coming in to pick up my bowl right as it’s done being made is so awesome.

Love this place. When looking for an acai bowl, juice, or smoothie, this is the place to go. I recommend ordering online -through the rewards app- so you can simply walk up to the receiving end of the counter, and pick up your items. It can get very busy, but that is not a negative. It is because its good. :)

I love nekter! however, the sea cliff location does not provide the quality that the other stores provide. I have gone to Brea and Irvine and had very full bowls with lots of toppings. The sea cliff location always serves and small portion and the bowl is never filled to the top. The toppings are also very minimal compared to other locations. When I leave the sea cliff location I always feel shorted. This is unfortunate because this location is closest to my home.

Great Concept, delicious food. I love the bowls and smoothies. Customer service varies when it comes to length of time, waiting to place an order to receiving the order, some days are longer than other. Everyone at this particular store (seacliff) is super friendly and smile. Thank you

The Acai bowls are delicious and the smoothies never disappoint. The staff however could do with much improvement. Although not rude, they consistently get orders wrong. Whether it's a misread order placed through their online system or a lack of awareness and attention when dealing with customers, this seems to be a regular occurrence at this location.

I love nekter and the app is super easy but something about this location...they can't seem to get a flow. I don't know if it's the crew or the layout but hopefully I will have my bowl soon and it is worth the wait.

This locations service is very poor, service is very slow even when you order ahead? VERY SLOW!! Your staff does not have a care in the world, when your store is full and people are waiting. You where also out of bowls the last two times I visited this location, so my bowl was in a cup?? Did not look appealing at all!! You need better management at this location. The one is Long Beach is GREAT!! They are friendly and fast!

Our family of four eats at Nektar 1-3 times per week for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We love it! One thing that could make Nektar even better than it is, is to improve the consistency of the acai bowl product. There is a lot of variation in the acai bowls depending on who is working that shift -- sometimes the acai is watery, almost soup-like, and other times it is firmer, more ice cream-like; sometimes we have strawberries, sometimes they forget to add the strawberries. Also, probably because we visit Nektar often, we noticed that supplies seem to run short often. We've experienced days where the following had run out: granola, strawberries, paper bags, lids, and teal spoons. Overall, we love Nektar and appreciate all the care and hardwork your staff puts into every one of our bowls!

I love the online ordering feature in the app. It makes it quick and easy to order a protein bowl after my workout and pick it up in a timely manner. The staff is always quick and friendly too.
