I appreciated that my order was made promptly despite a later pick up time displayed in the app

The Acai bowls are delicious and the smoothies never disappoint. The staff however could do with much improvement. Although not rude, they consistently get orders wrong. Whether it's a misread order placed through their online system or a lack of awareness and attention when dealing with customers, this seems to be a regular occurrence at this location.

Not only was there a line the two girls working were not paying any attention to anyone else and there was food all over the counters. Make me feel like the 10$ I just spent was for terrible service

great. I usually avoid this particular location because in the past the staff assisting me had been really short with me when answering my questions. they had made me feel foolish and my questions insignificant with NO help in suggesting any particular juices. I came here today because it was on my route. the gal who helped me today was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of her way to help me with my online order and a coupon I had received via email. I really appreciated her going the extra mile. great to see someone still understands the concept of customer service! they're hard to find these days! thanks!

I love nekter and the app is super easy but something about this location...they can't seem to get a flow. I don't know if it's the crew or the layout but hopefully I will have my bowl soon and it is worth the wait.

I feel really good about the going to neuter 99% of the time the experience is awesome the other 1% there are times i feel they need to hire more people.

I use app. Always fast and order is correct.
