This locations service is very poor, service is very slow even when you order ahead? VERY SLOW!! Your staff does not have a care in the world, when your store is full and people are waiting.
You where also out of bowls the last two times I visited this location, so my bowl was in a cup?? Did not look appealing at all!! You need better management at this location. The one is Long Beach is GREAT!! They are friendly and fast!

2 things: I can't count the number of drinks they've had to throw out because they didn't properly clean their equipment and a drink that shouldn't have any ginger in it tastes like the last drink that did.
Also if I request a drink with ice, as the manager informed me, they simply put my 16 ounce drink in a larger cup to accommodate the volume of ice. But I've also gotten drinks where they just put the ice in the 16-ounce cup so I'm really only getting half the juice. The standards are inconsistent and need to be improved across the board.

For an almost $9.00 pineapple mint juice, I would like it filled to the top! I know there is foam but an inch or more was foam at the top!

I ordered online and went to the online pick up station. They asked me my name quickly and got my drink. This is an improvement from previous times when I've had to stand there for awhile until I was helped. I think the customer service at this location has improved and is great now.
