I requested extra agave and clearly didn’t receive it despite confirming if it was included when I picked up my order.

The employees are always friendly and outgoing, but every single time I go, it takes a very long time to get my smoothie. I’ve even tried ordering ahead and it still took around 15 minutes to make and hand me my smoothie, and the store was not busy. Again, customer service, awesome... speed of getting product, beyond horrible.

It was a good experience but you DEFINITELY should bring back the CHARCOAL VANILLA skoop. The new vanilla skoop is not good. Please bring it back and take this into consideration!
