I ordered online, and when I went to pick it up, they hadn’t even started to make it. The order said that it should have been done but it wasn’t. Then an employee tried to convince me that my mom had picked it up earlier, but she clearly hadn’t, and they just hadn’t made it yet.

Always easy— not always fast.. prefer accurate pick up times versus 30 minute worst case window - when I order on line.. usually ready well before hand but sobe tones has been used as an excuse to not start the order
