I love going to nekter but this visit to the SeaCliff nekter, I always order online using the app by the time I got to the store they haven't even started my order yet and it was 15 minutes from the time I ordered it through the app there was nobody in the store people were standing in the back and the guy who did my order had his earbuds in maybe they should pay more attention and service the customer a little bit better usually that store is very good but there are been times to where my order it wasn't filled in a timely manner I believe that needs to change

I was not aware that I had to tell the staff that I have arrived. Please add a message on the app to inform the guest that when they order ahead they must inform the staff they have arrived. I assumed that the staff would call out my name or leave it by the pick-up counter with a receipt with my name on it (a la Dunkin' Donuts). Very nice staff regardless.

Great Concept, delicious food. I love the bowls and smoothies. Customer service varies when it comes to length of time, waiting to place an order to receiving the order, some days are longer than other. Everyone at this particular store (seacliff) is super friendly and smile. Thank you
