Twice I have ordered shots. When I got home I realized I was shorted what I ordered. Today, September 1, I ordered 3 shots and received 1. Thursday August 30 I ordered 3 shots and received 2. very disappointed.

This promotion has been hugely successful for us and we experienced a huge demand for each of these limited offerings. As a result, we have sold out of flavors very quickly. Well the smoothie I’ve ordered about 5+ times was delayed Bc the guy thought my smoothie would disgusting without banana. But it’s not. And he said it was against the rules to make it without banana and yet I’ve ordered it this way several times. Got to watch your verbiage in customer service. Kind of offensive when someone tells you what you are ordering sounds disgusting.

I love nekter! however, the sea cliff location does not provide the quality that the other stores provide. I have gone to Brea and Irvine and had very full bowls with lots of toppings. The sea cliff location always serves and small portion and the bowl is never filled to the top. The toppings are also very minimal compared to other locations. When I leave the sea cliff location I always feel shorted. This is unfortunate because this location is closest to my home.
