We love Nekter. Great service, great products. We ordered 4 different bowls on the app...each with a different preference (ie: no agave, no dates, add blueberries, etc.). When we picked them up, we found that all 4 bowls were actually correct. Wow! That rarely happens in this day and age! Thank you, Nekter. We will be back!

I haven't been to this location in a while, but when I came in there was only 1 person working. Even though I placed an online order, my order wasn't ready and I had to wait. Your team member was preparing bowls/juices and she had a long line of customers waiting to be helped. She really knows how to work under stress and I have to say that even though she was in a tough situation, she was friendly to everyone.

Great service! My order is always ready and when I walk in the door, the manager (I think), always knows who I am and gets my bowl right away. She knows my name, service like that will keep people coming back.

The food was ready a few minutes before the time I thought it was going to be so that was very pleasing for a quick “work lunch” pickup. It was also my first time and I loved the bowl that I got for me and a coworker! Great online/pick-up experience overall

Not good. I ordered additional toppings on my bowl and they were not provided. I had asked for almond butter on top. When I got to my destination to eat, it was too late to return to the store. Please train employees to read tickets correctly.

My Experience was pretty good, the staff was quick to come up fron upon entering the facility. Bowls were ready upon arrival, no bag or spoons offered during pick up, but did see them sitting at the counter and asked clerk if it was ok to take a bag and 2 spoons for my 2 bowls. :)

Easy to order and pick up. The acai bowl was very fresh and had a very nice portion size .
