Hello. I thought everything was OK. I placed an order via mobile for pickup but my order wasn't ready when I got there but that was fine. She said it would only be a few minutes. The reason I didn't give a 9 or 10 like I would normally do is that I saw her bag the orders for the two people that were ahead of me. When she brought my two orders out she just left them on the counter and didn't put them in a bag. I thought that was very odd. I would have rated this experience lower but the smoothie and bowl I hadn't had before were really good.

Placed online order, drinks were ready for pickup quickly. Staff were efficient and friendly. A great place for an acai bowl fix.

I love their juice! I try to come about once or twice a week. I always get the toxin flush! I've had the bowls they are also amazing! Highly recommend

I order through your app and enjoy the bowls. However, I am not getting a good feeling about the company because the app adds a tip prior to payment. A tip should be up to the customer and not automatically assumed a certain amount should be included.

Acai bowl was great but the shots weren't made the way i ordered them... seems like they get to busy to read the order and just make assumptions... not all the time but enough to lose a star this time.

My order took 15 minutes longer than the time I was told in the app. Once I got my bowl, the base was already turning to liquid.

My bowl was incorrect I ordered a protein bowel and an almond butter bowls with protein added but they gave me 2 protein power bowls. I didn’t mind that the granola had to be added separately because they forgot but i don’t like getting home and finding I got the wrong order

The volume of the acai bowl I received was seemingly much less than what I normally am served at other Nekter locations.

The açaí bowl was great. The AB health nut wasn’t blended at all. Not drinkable.

Delicious Almond Butter bowl as usual!!

Our banana berry açaí bowls were prepared perfectly. We were not shortchanged at all on any of the ingredients.

They forgot almond butter on my bowls. I am very bummed out about it. I paid for it and didn’t get it.

juice is fresh, acai bowl tastes good, can be more efficient to save customers' waiting time.

Great overall experience. Staff was kind and worked quickly to work on our order. Smoothly and açaí bowls were amazing!

I very much enjoy the Acai bowls here. Staff is nice but it's unfortunate that there was long wait times the times I that I did go here. The food and staff are not an issue, they were fantastic. I would return if I'm not too much in a rush to get somewhere or have something to do though.
