I placed an order online for two medium smoothies: A PB health nut with pea protein and cacao nibs and a Popeye's Acai with pea protein. When I arrived, the employee said they never received my order and was about to start making it while she waited for it to come through. I was very confused because I had received the confirmation email before I arrived to the store. She eventually checked a different spot in the store and my smoothies were in there. However, I ordered 2 medium drinks but one of them was a small (the Popeye's Acai). After I pointed it out, the employee quickly made another medium smoothie to remedy the situation. I was satisfied with the effort to fix the issue. In the end, the smoothies tasted fine, but the two Popeye's Acai smoothies (the small and the medium) tasted different, not bad, just different. Also the PB Health Nut tasted a bit off as well, like the customizations may not have been present.

My Dragon Fruit bowl was tasty but it was missing the coconut flakes on top (my favorite part). Also, the service was extremely unfriendly. My friends and I patiently waited for our orders to be ready, but the woman who served us made us all feel like we were a burden.

Order was prepared perfectly and the staff was very friendly. My bowl and juice were delicious.

It has always been Fabulous. This is the first time since nectar has been open that I didn't get a Fabulous bowl. Today the strawberries and blueberries were not ripe and bitter. super bummed because its always ben great. Thank you, Gigi

Acai bowls are always well made

My açaí bowl was not filled up to the top of the bowl☹️

Acai bowl is so good, however it took over 20 minutes to make it. There were no customers in front of me when I got there, but the guy who came after me was served over 10 minutes before me. I didn't find the staff particularly nice, but not rude. I even tipped well when I ordered. Not coming back.

We felt the acai bowls were exceptional tonight. Abundant amount of fresh fruit and mixture was very flavorful

I love this place. I’ve been a customer for only 6 months but since then I’m there every week. Today was the first time I ordered through the app for pick up. As always, my fruit bowl was amazing but the staff wasn’t. I didn’t even get a Hi back… I said thank you so much, and I got not even eye contact. This girl put my bowls on the counter and said “here’s your order, you’re set” I got my own paper bag, spoon and napkins and left. First time I’ve seen her there, hopefully my next visit I get the same welcoming /sweet staff I always get.

Simple process, easy to order. Bowl was great!!

It was fairly quick which I liked. I did feel like there wasn’t much flavor with the açaí base/bowl I ordered.

I love your store. Every time I have gone and I am greeted with happy faces and very congenial employees. And your preparation my bowl is always perfection. I live in Laguna Niguel and the closest one near me is on Marguerite in Mission Viejo and it is the worst one I have ever been to. The one in Ladera Ranch have young girls in there and they are not very personable. This is the best store I have visited. Keep up the good work!
