I come in here almost everyday... This morning they were in "Kiosk Mode" so she refused to let me pay with cash even though that is all I had on me. Some very nice people who I do not know paid for my order. Bless them there are still good, kind people out there. She was very rude and unfriendly or not understanding. She was very dismissive.
My point is, it does not take much to be kind!
