Just tried the protein waffles for the first time and they are delicious, definitely will be ordering those again! Every time I have ordered online it has been ready for me by the time I came to pick it up. Ingredients always fresh and tastes great! I work in the same plaza so I will definitely continue to frequent your location!

I pre-ordered my juices and they were ready for me when I got to the facility to pick them up. The gentlemen that helped me was very pleasant and even opened the door for me when I was leaving. The juices are very tasty.
today our order wasn't perfect - we had asked for no blueberries as toppings, and they were still included. but overall we are always happy with our Nekter order.

This location is overrun with online orders, and though there were 3 employees working, it wasn't enough to cover all of the online orders plus the foot traffic. I waited in line 15 minutes, and that was only because the lady in front of me left. After I ordered, I waited another 15 minutes to get my smoothie.
The staff was nice. The drinks were ready when I arrived, which was great. In the future, it would be very helpful if the drinks were labeled as many of them look exactly the same. PB vs AB ect. I had to smell them to determine which was which could be a serious health risk.

Walked in, waited at the counter for one of the employees to come out from the back...and they never did. Could hear them talking and messing with ice but I guess their conversation was more important than a customer.

Acai bowl was great. However, wasn't greeted when I walked in. Waited at the pickup counter for a bit, despite making eye contact with at least 1 person.
