Really amazing acia bowls and very friendly staff

Love the fruit bowls! So convenient to order and pick up! Very yummy!

I think the acaí bowls at jamba juice are better, but Nekter has some really good smoothies!

I was a little bummed out when I got my order today, the mango bowl had coconut when I asked for it without it and the peanut butter bowl was barely over half full and very few toppings were put on top. I do order from here a lot but the bowls themselves seem pretty inconsistent.

General comments. New bowls are hard to mix and eat out of. Floors need attention. The speed of service and staff is awesome. Love the app for ordering.

I arrived with a friend at Nekter about 15 mins after I placed a mobile order. I arrived and was told that my acai bowl was not ready yet and was being made still. My friend did not place a mobile order. I waited another 15 minutes and was never notified that my bowl was ready until I came up to the counter again. My friend received his bowl before I did. There should be some sort of notification if your mobile order is ready for pick up.

The açaí bowels are usually very runny. It’s hard to get someone that knows how to make it at this location.

I didn’t like the bowl , small and not to much taste! Will not come back!

Ordering on app is super convenient. Can wait a little in store if busy but always polite and attentive. Bowls and smoothies are awesome! Love that you can customize the acai bowl with extras or subs.

I ordered a Açaí Banana Berry bowl on the app, however when I arrived to pick it up 20 minutes later, they did not have the order.

I get the acai banana berry bowls most often. I find that sometimes I don't get as much of the strawberries and blueberries some days... and that is what I look forward to. I suggest you keep it consistent! Thanks!

Love Nékter. The best place I’ve found for açaí and smoothie bowls. Staff is always nice when I come in. The only issue is that the nearest location to me is about 40 mins away. Please add more locations north of the Bay Area.
