The Novato location does a GREAT job! The staff is very friendly. The Manager is very professional. The juices, smoothies, & bowls are perfect every time! The inside always looks clean. The menu is great & I enjoy all the new specials.

Plastic pieces in food!! The service at this location is bad! My order of two acaii bowls took 45 mins (!!) to arrive! This was not a busy time, there were hardly any customers waiting... But wait this gets worse, the acaii bowl had plastic pieces in it (pics). I went back and relayed this to the staff. Never coming back here...

Since re opening, the service has gone way down. It takes time and love to make the tasty bowls and smoothies your team makes, I get that, and I am always patient when I come in and there is a line. Because of this, I registered on the app, and started ordering online for pick up. The past three times I've come in to pick up my orders went as follows: There was nobody behind the bar at all, I waited for about 2 minutes and still nobody, so I had to holler around the back "hello?" to get someone to come out. This happened AGAIN not 2 weeks later for another order. This last time, I placed an order for pick up and arrived about 1 minute shy of pick up time 0729am, there were two staff members behind the bar. I was the only one in line, and advised they would be with me shortly. One of the staff finished slicing fruit and went to the back. The other was wiping down the counter while making a smoothie for a patron. I waited, at 0738 I was tended to and told them I simply had a pick up order. Was handed my order and left visibly annoyed, only to hear on my way out the door "Patience is a virtue" from the solo staff member now behind the bar. Sadly, I will never return there.

Two comments: 1) The new bowls are great to see through, but very hard to mix. 2) Please try and fix the wifi at the Novato location. It is hard to use your app while in the store. Lost out on my birthday shot. :( The cashier said, "people always struggle with the wifi here"

I always love getting smoothie bowls here, except every time I order with specifications (ex. No blueberry on top) there is always blueberries on top or they didn't read what I asked for on my smoothie bowl

The girl who helped me (I didn't get her name) was so friendly and engaged me in conversation. She thanked me for using the app, which encourages me to use it more in the future now that I see how it affects how the employees also work. She also ended up having extra when making my smoothie, which she was happy to put in a larger cup for me as well as asked me if I wanted some other fruit options because I wasn't getting apples in my acai bowl order. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, thank you!

I ordered an almond butter bowl and didn't check it in the store. We I got home I found it was an almond butter-less bowl. Several ingredients were left out

The last bowl I ordered wasn’t good. There was very little almond butter and it had a slimy consistency. I wish all of the employees made the products the same.

I have become obsessed with açaí bowls. The Protein Bowl from here is quite good (but no where near as good as Bare Bowl in Cupertino). Nice staff and I nice looking place. The ice cream (citrus orange I think it was called) wasn’t that great but that’s just me.

I ordered online. So I wouldn’t have to wait But I ended up waiting for 5 minutes for my order. It was 2 bowls.. it was suppose to be ready after 26 minutes. The whole point of ordering ahead is not to have to wait. It was not waiting in line to pick it up.. it was prepared yet.. it looked like they had enough staff, not sure what the problem was.. they were very friendly.. I think some kind of compensation would go a long way when things like that happen.

I love your açaí bowls and recently discovered the online ordering system which is amazing to me. However the last 2 of the 3 I have ordered was made incorrectly, the first time the missed bee pollen and the 3rd time they put cacao nibs on instead of chia seeds....

Love this place. I had a longer wait but they filled up my bowl to the max to make up for it :)

My favorite stop for acai bowls and fresh juices! Ordering ahead of time on the app will save you a few minutes. The staff are super friendly and always smiley!
