Great. Always satisfied with whatever I order. I love coming in for fresh juices, smoothies and acai bowls on my lunch break and the online ordering makes it so easy.

I did an app order. When I showed up my order was on the back wall and no body was working on it. There were no customers in the place. But I still had to wait. I did not feel this was appropriate since I had already paid over the app and the item should have been ready. My second issue is that it used to be that when I got the bowls they were filled. Now when I get them they are barely half filled. If that amount is how it should be now then maybe you should consider using a smaller container so it does not seem like you are getting such a small amount and losing value for your money. This is the second time this has happened and makes me not want to get this again. You can hardly taste the berry mixture with all of the granola and what not. Also you should add a comment section to your ordering app so you can ask for or take away something like shaved coconut.

Online ordering was great. When we got there, our two acai bowls were in the fridge and was perfect. You should tell all customers to order ahead to prevent the long wait. Also, I noticed there were more staff now that the Cycle place next door is open in Novato.

The food and drink were awesome. The service was okay. But most of all, the wait, even after placing an online order with a set time for pick up it was another 15 minutes. No apologies nothing. For spending 30$ on two bowls and a drink it was sad.

Unfortunately only one person was working and it was busy. So we waited about 45 minutes and this is with ordering online. Plus the order was not complete, missing extras we ordered and our 4 acai bowls only had about 1 strawberry and no other fruit. It wasn't the poor girl's fault behind the counter as she was swamped and kept her cool, but not good for business as we paid a lot for a long wait and subpar product.
