Always has been great, expect the last time I ordered a mango bowl over the mobile app and when I came to pick it up the worker handed me a bowl from the freezer without even checking what it was. When I got home I realized it wasn't the right bowl and was disappointed. But overall I love Nektar

This is the first time I've ordered online. I was a little disappointed because when I went to pickup my order I was informed that the store had run out of bananas so instead added a little extra strawberries and blueberries to my acai bowl. I feel I should have been notified prior to me picking up the order in the store after it had already been made that the bowl was not going to be exactly what I ordered. I provided my email address and phone number on the order page so there were plenty of forms of communication. I should have been asked if I still wanted to continue with the order at all, and if I did, what fruit would I like to substitute for the bananas.

Your smoothie bowls are phenomenal, and I always come back. The only downfall is that the employees seem understaffed, which makes service quality lower than it could be. The individual employees are great, there just aren't enough of them anytime I've been in.

Even though it does take awhile for the bowls to be made, it is always a great result in the end. My daughter is gluten free and your employees take the time to ensure that the bowl is done correctly and if they are out of the gluten free granola they offer something else in return i.e. coconut shavings....which she now prefers over the granola! I'm always satisfied with the finished product ...so I guess good things come to those who wait. :)

Loved the Acai Bowls and used to get them regularly but recently on a few different occasions I almost chipped my teeth on what seems like chunks of wood chips or rocks. Not sure what ingredient it is from within the Acai Bowl but I probably won't be getting them anymore. Maybe I'll try again one day and be very careful as I eat it, but for now I'll still stop by once in a while to get a smoothie, just no more Acai Bowls which was my favorite.
