I feel that my smoothies and bowls are inconsistent. Sometimes I wonder if items got left out of the mix. But they are delicious and staff is kind, and they are also cost-prohibitive. I’d buy more frequently if I could get a small smoothie for 6 bucks flat, or a bowl for 8.

I really can't judge accurately. I ordered at 7:15am with the store was opened on a rainy morning. Am assuming my bowl was the only order thus far. No one in the store only the employee. But, she greeted me with a smile which I really appreciate.

Açaí bowls were great.

This was the first time I’d used the online ordering service for pick up. This is a very convenient service when you’re in a rush, I’m very appreciative that you offer online ordering and pick up. My bowl was ready for me when I arrived; in and out of the store within a minute.

Whoever made my superfood bowl made the best one I’ve ever gotten from you. Plus I had to do lots of substitutions due to food allergies. Thanks!

Nektar is always delicious but we paid for a split bowl and for almond butter on top. Our order was without almond butter and the bowl was not split.

I paid for added peanut butter in my Acai bowl and it was not in it. I was very disappointed. In the past all has been good. I missed the peanut butter this time though

Customer service is lacking. Bank on spending 10-15 minutes for one smoothie bowl , Online ordering convenient but goes down often and they NEVER answer the phone. Good product but they make it hard to get.!

I love coming here and getting my peanut butter bowl weekly. Most of the time I get good customer service. However, this last few times I been extremely disappointed by the lack of good customer service and rudeness of some of the cashiers. No smile when they greet you, don’t say thanks or anything after they give you your order. In particular a latina cashier with dyied blonde hair who’s name I don’t recall. Also, there’s been a few times where she has done my order wrong

I like that this place does blended smoothies, bowls, and juices. I came in not knowing what I wanted, saw a pumpkin bowl (tis the season, amirite?) and asked if they had "something pumpkin blended." (yep, I was feeling unabashedly basic that day) And got the pumpkin pie smoothie (dairy free/gluten free), plus the Turmeric Sunrise– blended pineapple, mango, coconut butter, coconut water, lime, and turmeric. Both were absolutely delicious, exactly what I wanted. I recommend you give this place a try!

I am a frequent customer at this location. This was the worst I've experienced. First, they were slow in processing the order and 2nd they were out of 3 ingredients of the acai bowl I ordered. I didn't want to wait so I just took it as is.

Every time I come in to purchase juices or bowls from the Novato location, the people serving us are really sweet and helpful.

It was ok. The Acai bowl wasnt blended well

First person I asked if I could pick up my online order looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and then completely ignored me and went back to her blender. Second gal opened the fridge and gave me my bowl no problem.
