I was satisfied all around. The timeliness of my order (mobile) being prepared, the super friendly cashier, and the bowl itself! One of my favorite spots for a healthy meal!

Acai is so watered down, tastes like Ice

Always refreshing and a delightful treat. Today my Acai Mango Bowl was a bit darker than I imagined but that's ok because it was still delicious.

The bowls are always fresh and delicious! Any time I need a açaí bowl I know I can come to you guys, my kids also love them :)

Drink and bowl was great! Unfortunately I redeemed my free birthday shot and didn’t get it in the order.

I provided my phone number for a reason.. I didn’t receive two things in my bowl that make or break the bowl. There was no protein - I ordered a protein bowl for a reason. If you’re out of whey, why don’t you call me to confirm if I’d like anything else? There was no gluten free granola - again, please call me to get an alternative option?

Love the bowl but this time the consistency was thinner

The last two times I’ve ordered items with Chia pudding, but noticed there is none in the bowl. This is frustrating bc I paid extra for this item but did not receive it. The workers were polite and served quickly.

We had acai bowls delivered which made me very nervous. They were perfect. Exceeded expectations. And it was my sons birthday and this was his choice of meal so bravo! Thanks so much.

I've had so many things on their menu and honestly they're all delicious. I learned about Nekter when I lived in San Clemente and now that I've moved to SF I stop at this place every time I drive through to see my parents in Sonoma County. The Napa location is great too. I use the mobile app when to order when I'm about 10 minutes away and my order is always ready when I stop in. Ordering through the mobile app gets you lots of free perks. Made to order juices, smoothies, and bowls are always so fresh and feel nourishing.

I appreciate being ask to give feedback as I am a definite fan of the Nekter products. In fact I just recommended Nekter to friends at dinner last Friday night. That being said I have had 3 back to back experiences where it has taken more than 25 minutes to get my bowls or the order was made wrong in the first place. I have ordered through the app to save time and both times I have come in waited, seen people come in line place a new order and they receive the food before me. This is extremely frustrating. In addition the app doesn’t let you order both a saved order and then add something else to your cart. When I tried to order it on a separate order the app refused my credit card where it had just taken it the order before. Perhaps it was busy authorizing my last order but either way it should not have told me my credit card was not valid. So after trying a couple more times I rebooted the app and started all over again. This time the app didn’t save my credit card even though I checked the box to save my card. I had to manually enter it again. As you can see this is a lot to go through to order 2 bowls. And after all that I waited 25 extra minutes. It shouldn’t be this hard.
