The açaí bowl looked good, except I bit into 3 hard pieces that weren’t nuts. I would assume they would be nutshell fragments, but they looked like tiny rocks. I could have broken my tooth had I bit on it the wrong way:(

The açaí banana berry bowl did not taste the same as usual. Even the color of the açaí was a lot lighter than before. Not sure if the recipe changed but it wasn’t enjoyable.

There's a young woman who works there, that has worked there for awhile. She has dark hair, medium skin tone, and is maybe 5'2 (not very tall). She is always giving great service. She makes me drinks and bowls perfectly and I'm always happy when I walk in and see that she's there. She remembers my name and is professional and friendly. I wouldn't be surprised if she was in management because she carries herself like she is. She's awesome and she's the #1 reason why I like the Upland location.

Not very friendly or welcoming at all. also ordered extra banana and granola on my bowl- the extra banana was not included.
This made this Nektar my least favorite so far.
