Customer service is great. The employees are friendly and helpful. However, the quality of the smoothies are not consistent. The past two visits the smoothies were like drinking milk. I recently had a chocolate peanut butter smoothie and it was like drinking a chocolate. I spend a lot of money for smoothies that are less than par.

I ordered online just a couple mins before driving to the store. My arrival was noticed and I was immediately asked if I made the order when I walked in. Smoothie was ready a couple mins later and it was very delicious. Overall great experience

Ordered in the Uber app for pick up wrong items and one of them was not even a smoothie. Go to Claremont if you can! Much better

I’ve never had a smoothie before where I had to chew every sip. Lots of chunks and I wasn’t expecting that. I normally don’t get this drink but thought I’d give it a try. Not sure I’d get it again. If I didn’t have to chew it I might have liked it more. It was the dates. I guess they don’t blend well. Not sure.

This is not acceptable! The lines are long there is no more registers and the employees that are making the smoothies have no idea how to take an order anymore due to the self registers. It was much faster the way they had it before. There are some things that self registers just can’t handle.

Asked about a bogo sale said I had to use the app so I had to wait over 15 for the smoothies to be ready. and asked for one smoothie no protein and it still had protein powder.

I ordered my first bowl, I normally get the smoothies. I had to go back in and ask for my peanut butter drizzle because they forgot to add it.
