It was great the workers were really nice and made my smoothie quick.

I love Nekter when I need a smoothie quickly and I don't have time to make one at home. The only problem with the one I got most recently was that it had all kinds of chunks in it of fruit I guess. It needed to be blended more and I'm not sure how to add that additional instruction to my order. It tasted good, just chunky.

Like the smoothies

The juicer who waited on me this morning, he was great. My mobile order was very tasty and my family enjoyed their smoothies. I had a bowl and it was excellent. I don’t remember the juicer’s name but he deserves a raise and praise. 😊

The customer service at the Upland location is top notch. I ordered a PB Health Nut because I really wanted a peanut butter tasting smoothie. When I got it and tasted it, it tasted like straight bananas. While I knew the smoothie had bananas in it, I didn’t expect it to be so overpowering. However, I asked the girl to remake it and she kindly did it for me without making it a huge deal. The 2nd smoothie tasted more like I originally thought it would. It was delicious and peanut buttery. As a customer, I was very happy.

I typically order via the app and have no problem picking up my smoothie in the time frame given; and while I do realize there are times when things can get backed up and days can get busy, adding an extra 15 minutes to an order is simply not acceptable when someone is in a time crunch. The reason I order ahead is so it is ready and available and I don’t have to wait a whole lot of extra time. I can see maybe a few minutes to 5 minutes extra but 15! My husband’s food got cold by the time my smoothie, which was supposed to be done, was ready. This makes me reconsider ordering in the future. Perhaps when things get super busy you can bring in some extra help or stop taking in orders until you get caught up. I saw orders being taken and then the customers were being told after they paid of the wait time. I have gone to small eateries where they had to pause taking orders and told the customers because they were backed up. I realize you probably can’t stop online orders so maybe bringing in extra help might help the process.

Good fast service. Best place for smoothies and bowls.

I love Nekter smoothies. They are a bit pricey but I enjoy them as my meal so it can average out to the price of a meal if you factor in a drink these days. I like to order ahead in the app and it is typically ready by the time I get there.

I love Nekter! Every single time I would get a açaí bowl or orange crush, it’s always so delicious and so tasty. If I were to go to a smoothie place or go to a place that’s healthy, I would DEFINITELY go to Nekter! Thank you for all the delicious smoothies and açaí bowls u guys make! 5 stars!!
