The drink did not look like the Pink Flamingo. This is the second time that the ingredients did not match the drink. Even though I ordered my drinks on line, it would have been nice if I was contacted about unavailable ingredients. Maybe I could have ordered another smoothie??????

I love Nekter. I typically order ahead on the app and most of the time it is ready by the time I walk in. I love they offer pea protein as an alternative to whey protein. My cardiologist told me I could not have dairy, no beef or pork meat in an effort to lower my cholesterol which I seem to produce naturally because as a rule I don’t eat much of them anyway. In an effort to change my diet I need ways to get protein and having the ability to add pea protein to my nondairy smoothie is one way to achieve that goal. I just wish I knew which protein they used so I could add it to recipes I make at home.

I ordered 2 of the same smoothies and only 1 with protein. Was not advised which smoothie had the protein. You need a way to mark the one with protein like a sticker or mark with a marker to show it has the protein.

My experiences with Nectar has been pleasant. The employees are always kind and helpful, and the smoothies are delicious.

I had an excellent experience. I ordered in the app and the smoothie was done before the time it was suggested. I walked in and was asked if I had ordered ahead. I was asked my name and then turned around with my smoothie. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. I love how I was able to customize my smoothie right in the app as well.

This was my first time visiting Nektar. I loved the ability to order online and pickup. I just didn't realize how early your locations close. Thankfully I was able to pick up. The one complaint I have is that they did my order wrong. When I was handed my drink, the girl said there's no strawberries in it. I asked for no straw and they thought I didn't want strawberries in my smoothie. I didn't say anything as it was close to closing. That was the only thing.

I’ve been going to this Nekter for about 3 years now and they always make the best smoothies!

I ordered via the mobile app. My smoothies were ready upon arrival. The place was clean and smelled fresh. The worker that handed me my mobile order was extremely friendly and also had amazing nails by the way.

I keep ordering my smoothie without agave and I keeps coming with agave

Paid extra for immunity boost and wanted protein. Tasted the smoothie and it had no protein. Went back in and the lady said she did not put protein or immunity boost in it so she had to remake it. This happened to me a couple of times at this location only. Not sure if it's the system that prints out orders but I would love for this to be fixed :)
