Quick and easy and my açaí mango bowl was beautifully put together. I’ve been to some Nektars where the bowl was just sloppy. And although I order it because it’s healthy and tastes good, I love when it’s put together beautifully.

I love the açaí bowls. I think a $1.00 charge for each add in is excessive. That is a ridiculous profit margin. So I’ll never order the extras, by principle.

We always love Nekter’s bowls and our orders are usually made correctly but today one of our bowls still had the coconut and pineapple on top (which we had asked for none) and no extra berries on top (which we paid for) so a little disappointed. Still always wonderful though.

I am not happy with my order from 09/11/22 for the Good To Go box. I ordered 8 bowls, different flavors and four of the bowls that I received were very limited on the product inside. The base mixture and toppings were very minimal and it felt like I was getting cheated out of my order and payment. I don't think it should be the case whether it's a full priced bowl or a package. I have a picture of the bowls that I picked up that were pretty empty. If you're able to help with this, I would appreciate it greatly.

They were out of Jelly for the PB & J smoothie. The fruit on the 2 bowls was not up to par. Disappointed this visit.

There was no whey protein available, but I didn’t find that out until they gave me the bowl. The pea protein was an acceptable substitute but not as good as the whey. I’d like to know before so I can make a better choice

Service could have been better, upon entering associates noticed me but never greeted me. One female turned to look at me and went on to continue on what she was working on. About a couple minutes later she asked if I was picking up an order and asked for name. She also asked if I needed a bag which was a little confusing as I had 2 açaí bowls at that point I was over it and replied no. I just wanted my order and head out of there.

I haven’t gotten Nekter in a while because the service and quality were not consistent. Overall my almond butter bowl was good. I expected there to be more fruit. There was barely one strawberry sliced on mine.
