It was easy and the bowl and juice were fresh and delicious.

The 3 bowls we received were really bland. The acai tasted as if it were watered down, tasted more icy than acai. We also noticed our bowls were missing the blueberries.

It was a tad disappointing not to have strawberries with our acai bowl this morning, though you did put extra blueberries to make up for it. Also, my acai bowl wasn't as cold as normal and it was a bit runny. I'm sure this is a one off, since you always prepare our bowls perfectly. Just thought I share this with you. Thank you~

Love getting my smoothies and bowls here. Upland Location is the best

Service is always great! I would like to see the acai bowls have a little more flavor of acai. Fruit is always fresh but the bowl itself doesn't have enough of the acai flavor.

The app is great! I love using your app! However, it would be nice to have a section for us to write a small request or even a selection option asking how you prefer the consistency of my bowls, I prefer them thick/cold and not runny. I know a section to write requests will make things difficult so maybe a section to check off how we prefer our bowls/smoothies; thick, runny, semi frozen, or regular. Something of that sort. The place looked closed walking in none of the two employees that were there acknowledge my presence till maybe 3 minutes being there. And after they finally acknowledge me there priority was to finish there conversation than to handle the customer. The acai bowls were good; but the customer service needs to be better especially if you want customers back.

I ordered a pb bowl via mobile ordering. It was ready on time and tasted great!

Ordered an açaí bowl w/ whey extra agave and granola. This was the most unenjoyable bowl I’ve ordered from Upland. Person put too much whey protein powder. Could taste the powder in each spoon, was very light purple in color, was too whipped. Very little agave was on top. The worst bowl upland Nekter has made for me in 7 years. I ate it cuz I drove on freeway, had no choice :(

It was a good visit. I enjoyed my bowl that I got today. To make the experience better would be more smiling faces.

My experience was good, the people working there were awesome, but I felt that my item was pretty expensive once I added things I wanted on it, in comparison to many other places I get acai bowls. For example, if I wanted coconut on top, it was an extra $1.00, peanut butter drizzle, another $1.00, but it didn't deduct anything if I wanted no granola, no agave, etc. My bowl came out to $18+. Similar bowls from 2-3 other place I go run between $10-$12. It was delicious, but I don't know that I'd pay that much again.

Hello! I ordered a mango delight smoothie on Sunday, June 3rd through the Nekter app. I had my brother pick up my order. They have him an açaí bowl, and I wasn’t able to return to have my order corrected. He said they must have mixed up two orders. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to have my smoothie.
