Bought a juice and a protein bowl to pick up while I was running to the store(13 miles). Asked for a water cup while picking up and they said no. To buy the water bottle. After spending money ,I expected they will be able to provide a water cup at no charge.

I love Nekter! Every single time I would get a açaí bowl or orange crush, it’s always so delicious and so tasty. If I were to go to a smoothie place or go to a place that’s healthy, I would DEFINITELY go to Nekter! Thank you for all the delicious smoothies and açaí bowls u guys make! 5 stars!!

I did not receive the bowl that I ordered. I ordered the açaí banana berry bowl and I received the raspberry bowl. I was not happy about it and I wasn’t able to go back to the shop to return it. Maybe next time they’ll get it right.

There were no covers for our bowls. Directions were. Or read because there was no agave on my bowl.

I ordered a dragon fruit bowl and when I arrived to pick up my order I noticed it was really light in color, Kiara told me it’s because they were out of pitaya. I tried it but it tasted like pink ice because there wasn’t any dragon fruit in the bowl!

Always receive excellent customer service. Very friendly staff. The bowls could be a little thicker but otherwise they are delicious.

I ordered my açaí bowl in advance online, there was plenty of time for them to complete the order by the time I arrived 10 minutes later. No one came to greet me yet I know at least 1 of the 3 employees in the back saw me. I waited another 10+ minutes until they completed another customers order in front of me. When their orders were done 1 employee came out and finally asked what I needed. She pulled my completed order out of the freezer so I wasted time waiting for my order when it was ready. What’s the point of online ordering?
