The customer service I received after forgetting to pick up my order in full was amazing. The team went above and beyond and was very appreciated since it was an error made on my part. Excellent job and equally amazing drinks/bowls.

The Chia Seeds were way too soaked, I ordered extra stuff in my bowl and got none of it. I paid more than what I got.

The acai bowls here are nice.

Ordered a bowl and was charged extra for coconut flakes on top- bowl was missing the coconut flakes. Paid extra and did not receive what I ordered.

The Nekter Upland location is a poor, inconsistent location. Between the customer service (or lack there of) and the bare minimum food items received, I will no longer support this location. Multiple times now I have paid additional for extra toppings, etc. only to receive next to nothing on the bowls. When I asked the girl working at this location to add more almond butter to the top of my bowl (in this case is what I paid extra for) she informed me I would have to pay an additional fee (to what I’ve already paid!!) if I wanted more. The scoop of the almond butter was about the size of a quarter, and that’s being generous. VERY poor customer service, and not happy with our experiences lately with this location at all. Will not be going back.

I love the juices, bowls,smoothies but what I find discouraging is that depending on who is working the consistency of the products produced are not always consistent in flavor.

I ordered an açaí bowl but it was very bland and watered down. The banana in the bowl was also unripe.

I ordered a peanut butter bowl today and the amount of base that the bowl had was subpar. It was barely halfway to the bowl and the fruit base was not enough. There was plenty of room for more base or fruit at the top of the bowl. When I first looked at it, it looked empty. I will consider if I will order a bowl again from Nekter in the future. Not happy with the product today.

Almost perfect. We requested no bananas mixed in on one bowl due to allergies but the bowl Was not labeled or we didnt receive it correctly- either way grandma didn’t get to eat due to food allergy concerns

I love this place but every time they miss one or two things. This time there was not any peanut butter on my bowl again. But, I was at home so I added. The staff is very nice and I love the food.

Service is very amazing and my açaí bowl was very delicious. It had all the things i asked for! <3

Worst Nekter I’ve ever been to! They are always out of ingredients they almost always mess up orders. I will no longer keep trying to give this place a chance. Today was the final straw I ordered my bowl payed and waited 25 min in the over crowded place in the middle of covid with no air conditioning! Then they call me only to tell me they don’t have the main ingredient. Wow thank you! If it wasn’t so close to where I live I wouldn’t even bother. I will be going to rancho or San Dimas from now on.

Just paid $10.20 for a superfood acai bowl. Rip off!! Wasn't even filled to the top. The blended mixture tasted very bland and was runny. Wasn't topped with agave or honey, poor set up very disappointed for the price I paid. I also asked for a 50\50 shot of turmeric and ginger, but they wanted to charge me $6 for it! Do yourself a favor and find yourself a mom and pop health food place those are the best ones!! I'm going back to my spot in rancho. You get more quality for your buck!
