Nekter Juice Bar - Napa

Order was completed sooner then expected. I was greeted at door, staff was very friendly.

I ordered a drink from the app 15 minutes prior to picking it up. I was on my way to work and looking forward to running in and out to get my juice. Sadly, when I arrived one of the employees said they just received my order and would start in my drink... it wasn’t busy at all. 1 other customer at the time and I ended being late to work.. was not happy. What’s the point of the app?

Everything was great, the only negative was a small one, but it was that I requested that they add pineapples to my bowl and when I had gotten home I saw that there were none.

Love the call-in order option. I’m in and out, already paid and the servers are friendly & helpful.

My green juice was not made properly. It was not as green as it usually is, I think they forgot to add the kale. It was watery.

The app wouldn’t let me redeem the Mother’s Day Deal. The staff said they couldn’t help me get reimbursed

Well I had ordered my bowl online a 1/2 hour before pick up and it wasn’t ready.

This place is always hit or miss with me when it comes to picking up my order. Some of the cashiers are super nice and i have wonderful exprience shopping here. While others are rude and always stare me down. There is guy caisher that always rude and always tells me something along the lines " i saw you were fiddling around within the fridge and my job is on the line. If i catch you stealing through the cameras then it will be a 300 dollar fine". I am just in shock he still works there and i try to purchase and order items when he isnt there at this location. I love this place but this one employee just ruins my experience. I just had another bad exprience this morning but i still love this place.

I visit almost everyday. Always great service. The employees work very hard at your store. L

The empolyee was a rude and when my order was finally ready he told me if cuaght me stealing it would a 300 fine. I was being nice and said have a nice day. I didnt take anything but it just discourages me from purchasing from that location.

The gentleman behind the counter took time to acknowledge me at the pick up counter. I work sales and know when someone is busy or just going slow. My item was ready and made the way I requested.
