It was much better then the last couple times.my order was placed ahead of time on the app and was actually ready on time. Previously it was not even started till I had gotten there after all the walk in orders had been done. The customer service has been very bad in the past. This time was wonderful!

I ordered online but I was in the store within 5 minutes of my order. I expected to have to wait but my drink was already ready! Excellent speed of service.

I ordered a bowl online at 4:31 pm and the app said it was being processed. I drove to the store and it was closed with a sign saying that it would be closing at 4 pm today. So I drove back all the way home. However, it has of course been charged. Also, at 4:51 pm I received an email saying that my order was ready to pick up; I would like to know how, if the store was closed and with that sign at the door. Of course, I haven’t driven again all my way to the store because I have felt insulted.

Tasty food as always. However, understaffed is one issue. The two workers were overwhelmed (lunch hour). I felt bad having one come over to let her know we were there for a pick up order. Another issue, they were out of bowls. We got our “bowl” in a drink cup. Does this contain the same amount of smoothie and fruit? Maybe more frequent inventory? The spoons were also out after I took the last 2 and they are too short for the cup we got our smoothie bowls in. Thank you for your help.
