when I went in to pick up my order the store was "closed" there was a note up on the door saying that the store was closed due to a "warped" door? I sill have no idea what that meant. I had paid for my order so I waited at the door for a couple of minutes. a girl came and unlocked the door - the girl mentioned something about being out of everything - why they closed but it didn't make any sense to me. there were about 5-6 people "working" all behind the counter/ kitchen area. it was weird. I am a District Manager in retail. this store clearly needs stronger leadership. it's not stocked, the people aren't great/ not educated on products. There is a lot of opportunity. it was my 3rd visit to this store. I would go more often if the in-store experience was better.

Ordered online and my order was not ready within the time I was told. I still waited 20 min. more once I was atthe location. My bowl was not even 1/2 full of the açaí mix and had a pinch- and I do mean a pinch of granola. The container was barely 1/2 full including all toppings. Not happy with service.

I placed an order via the app. It gave me a 25 minute wait for the order to be ready. When I arrived at the location, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes past that time. They were having some system issue but she said the app orders were still working just fine. No one was doing any prep work when I arrived so I'm not sure why they hadn't started on the order. She was very rude as well.

All my online orders are always ready before the suggested wait time. It’s s quick in and out situation for me, as I pick my Nektar bowl on my way to work.
Your online portal is very easy to work with. Also love the option of saving my cc info on the account - saves a lot of time.
