2 out of our 3 smoothies were good. The “build your own juice” was not, it was missing a few items. The Spinach and Kale were not added. Unfortunately I had someone else pick up the order so they didn’t realize mine was not correct.

I am very upset. I was unable to redeem my reward today. Through the mobile app, I am 100% sure I did not approve or choose to pay with my Visa debit card on file. I wanted to show my reward scan code when I would go inside the store. Evidently my Visa card was charged and the cashier said I could not even get a credit for next time. I will discontinue my Nékter app/account.

Online order was missing $30 worth of juice. I noticed, not the employee. Great product, most locations have horrible customer service. Napa is 50/50. Sometimes great; sometime I question coming back. I purchase cleanses and you are the best!
