This place used to be so good! The place is a complete mess. Half of the lights weren’t working and the store looked closed. It is incredibly cluttered and unorganized as well. Tons of junk everywhere. Definitely not a place where I would want to order from. My acai bowl was liquid with apple core toppings. The staff did not know how to cut up an apple properly. This place has really gone down the drain.
The only thing I don't like is that I can't place an order for pickup in the evenings.

As usual, I placed an online order and it was not ready when I arrived, well after the time it was supposed to be ready. No one had pulled the ticket off the printer yet. Everyone was in the back room together.

Just walked in, asked if they had anything organic. Staff had to convene on it. “Everything is organic”, staffer said. Manager came out, I mentioned, “so everything is organic? Yes, like she just told you”.

Store is consistently out of products. Today signs on door said cash exact change only (has been for weeks) no juices no bowls. Hoping it’s pandemic related. Was never a problem before. Love the store

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience this morning. I have been ordering nectar for years. Getting the same drink a greenie. When I picked up my drink this morning it looked a different color I tasted it and the drink was not made fresh it was one of your bottled products that someone had dumped over ice. I’m not a fan of those and I wanted it to be fresh

Overall good. From past visits, the staff needs to be socializing less. For the amount of workers on the shift (4 to 5) I should not be waiting 20+ minutes for a bowl when nobody is in the store. That said, this past Saturday/Sunday that I was there the Saturday and Sunday crew were different from the usuals that my husband and I encounter. They were all very on top of their work. The young men are always very focused, and the young ladies that helped us this weekend were very helpful. Praise the staff from October 30/31st. 10/10
