Everything was good except this time the smoothie was very chalky and powdery tasting. I always get this flavor and it's never had that chalky taste before. It was the cold brew smoothie with pea protein. I'm happy with everything else tho, just disappointed in the smoothie. It's been hard to drink.

The store never received my mobile order and staff did not attempt to find a solution to the mix up. I was informed that they did not receive my order and told to call the corporate number. However, given that I received this confirmation e-mail from the store, the order clearly went through on some level. I did see that the store is understaffed and they seemed to be rushing, and I do understand there can be mix ups sometimes, there is grace to be had there- but there are better ways to deal with missed orders.

I would like the option to pick up my freshly made juices daily so that I drink them the same day they're made. I know the juices are still beneficial after 3 days, but according to some reliable sources, some nutrients are lost after a certain number of hours due to oxidation. If I had the daily pick-up option, I would be more inclined to do juice cleanses more often and for longer periods of time.
